  • Order Confirmation

    You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you promptly.

    Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations will be subject to our returns policy. Please email support@objekteyewear.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Eligibility

    You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all packaging.

    Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@objekteyewear.com. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect. Shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer’s expense.

    Exclusions

    Custom, sale or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

    All prices are listed in the Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

    Payment Methods

    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

  • Objekt Eyewear is made from pre-consumer manufacturing waste and post-consumer (used) eyewear, which is collected through the Spexcycle recycling program.

  • Everyone should be able to fix their favourite glasses, so we use replaceable or repairable hinges.

  • Loved them a little too much? When your specs have reached the end of their life cycle you can recycle them to be reimagined again with Spexycle.
